Breakfast at, well, my house.

This week will be a lot like last week. last week was an Old Dutch baby, with the edges cut off. The base then I coated with sour cream and then rolled and cut into slices. I covered the lot with sauteed apples and walnuts.

So this week I'm altering that slightly. I'm thinking of large crepes that I won't cut into slices, but will roll will flavored sour cream. Probably vanilla, but almond is a possibility. The topping will be warm ginger-pear. The side will be Canadian bacon. So I need to get at it.
